We welcome the community on Saturday, May 17, 2025 for a special presentation on the 200 year history of Stone United Methodist Church including a history of the church, the history of Methodism, its' music, and tours of the church.  Author of The Diamond on the Diamond, Dr. Armendia Dixon will have a display and copies of her book available for purchase.  There will be a musical performance by The Pic-A-Longs dulcimer ensemble.  Please join us in our beautiful sanctuary.  Light refreshments will be served.

All members of the Erie-Meadville District are invited to attend the 2025 Erie-Meadville District Conference. Currently appointed clergy, along with two professing lay members elected by each Charge Conference, are expected to attend.

Local church voting members to District Conference include:

• lay member to Annual Conference
• local church lay leader
• chairperson of church council (or equivalent)
• president of United Women of Faith
• president of United Methodist Men
• president of United Methodist Youth Fellowship

Along with our regular agenda, information will be provided on pieces of legislation that will be presented at Annual Conference. If you are attending Annual Conference as a Lay Member to Annual Conference, an Alternate Lay Member to Annual Conference, an Equalization Delegate, or other voting member to Annual Conference, you are strongly encouraged to attend District Conference as well.

Church Picnic at Gibson Park - June 8 - Time TBA – Bethany, Harmonsburg, Linesville, and Stone UMCs are joining together for a time fellowship and celebration on Pentecost! Wear your red!

(Gibson Park is located at 14507 Gibson Road, just off Harmonsburg Road, Conneaut Lake, PA).
