Often, the world is all too ready to give us answers to these questions, that is, promising that finding the perfect job or achieving the next milestone will make us happy. However, in this series, we will embrace these questions as an invitation to discover what it is that God wants to do with the story of our lives right now." Special District Conference & Installation Service

These two events will be held together on Saturday, September, 12, 2026, starting at 2:30pm, at Saegertown United Methodist Church.  In addition to officially welcoming Scott Gallagher as Conference Superintendent, we will be electing district leadership and choosing a new district name.

 Join Pastor Domingos on Monday mornings at French Creek Coffee and Tea Co. from 8-9am for conversation and reflection on the Sunday sermon.

Join Bishop Sandra Steiner Ball and other clergy and laity from around the western Pennsylvania Conference for an immersive, engaging journey of exploration and learning about the history and ongoing impact of the Civil Rights Movement on this life-changing seven-day bus tour experience. You'll learn about key moments in the movement, systemic changes, and hear from leaders who were there, as together we journey toward greater understanding and action as an important part of what it means to be disciples of Jesus Christ.

The Mission Barn, a Western PA United Methodist affiliated agency, located in New Castle, PA, is seeking a Relief Supply Coordinator (United Methodist Committee on Relief – UMCOR Coordinator).   This is a flexible part-time (average 20 hours per week) position, with an annual salary of $15,000.   The UMCOR Coordinator will be responsible for scheduling and directing volunteer teams and hosts as they assemble various disaster relief kits.   The Coordinator will manage the inventory flow of supplies, purchasing items from various vendors to keep the inventory well-stocked.   (We send out over 1,000 kits/month.)    It is vital that the Coordinator be aware of and have work for volunteers of all ages and abilities, so that they know they are welcomed and appreciated for who they are and what they do.   Empathy and communication skills are required, and a heart for ministry is a must!   Inquire via email at missionbarn@gmail.com or call the Rev.
