Domestic Violence Awareness Walk

Domestic Violence Awareness Walk

Sponsored by Women's Services

Each October, in recognition of Domestic Violence Awareness Month, Women's Services hosts a Domestic Violence Awareness Walk. This meaningful event brings our community together to hear the powerful sotries and testimonials of survivors, honor those affected by domestic violence, and raise awareness about this critical issue. Participants will walk together through the Park Avenue business district, demonstrating our collective commitment to ending domestic violence and supporting survivors.

The walk begins at the Diamond Park Gazebo on Thursday, October 1, at 4:30pm.  If  you would like to participate as part of a Stone UMC group, please contact Jen in the office at 814-724-6736 or churchoffice@stoneumc.org OR Pastor Domingos at pastordomingos@stoneumc.org.
