Leader: The same power that raised Christ from the dead is ready to move in this place and in our hearts today.
People: Let us worship the God of unlimited possibilities!
* Hymn “Be Thou My Vision” UMH #451
*Opening Prayer:
Almighty God, we come before you today admitting that our vision is often limited. We got so caught up in the messiness and busyness of our everyday lives and find it hard to see anything beyond that. Lord, we ask that you would break through our limited thinking and complacency to stir up hope and challenge us to move beyond our comfort zones. Give us courage to dream God-sized dreams for ourselves, our church, and our community. Speak to us, stir us, and change us. In the powerful name of Jesus’ we pray. Amen.
