The History of Stone United Methodist Church

We welcome the community on Saturday, May 17, 2025 for a special presentation  on the 200 year history of Stone United Methodist Church including a history of the church, the history of Methodism, its' music, and displays unique to the church.  Author of The Diamond on the Diamond, Dr. Armendia Dixon will have a display and copies of her book available for purchase.  There will be a musical peroformance by The Pic-A-Longs dulcimer ensemble.  Please join us in our beautiful sanctuary.  Light refreshments will be served and building tours will be available following the presentation. 

NOTE: The time of this event has been changed to 1:30 pm and no tureen dinner will be served.
