Congratulations to Mason Barickman on his baptism and confirmation on Palm Sunday, March 29, 2026.
"Mason is a person who steps up on an adult level and is always ready to be a servant. He and his cousin, Chris, are always ready and that's a true sign of people that have taken that inward faith and made an outward covenant." said Pastor Kendra.

District Re-Structuring Updates
|
The District Structure Task Force was convened to assist the Annual Conference in discerning how best to realign district boundaries and leadership structures in response to changing missional realities, clergy deployment needs, and the faithful stewardship of people and resources. Guided by the Bishops vision and in consultation with the Cabinet and Conference leadership, the task force has focused on recommending a reduction from ten districts to four supervisory areas; developing district leadership models that emphasize mission, flexibility, and strong lay involvement; and identifying ways to promote greater consistency in required processes across districts, particularly those related to clergy formation and support.

When you set up your giving through Tithely, you can give a one-time gift to one designated area or set up a recurring offering. Recurring offering giving through Tithely saves you the hassle of dealing with offering envelopes each week and helps the church in its' work to plan, budget and be good financial stewards.

We need more volunteers for Children's Church. I am attempting to make a schedule for rotating volunteers so one person doesn't have to be there every week.
I will still teach, but Safe Sanctuaries requires another person to be in attendance as well. You must have clearances as well as Safe Sanctuaries certification.
It only takes about 45 minutes on Sundays during church. You will help with snacks, crafts and anything else you would like.Although I lead the teaching, I am open to others always adding to the conversations with the children.
If interested, please contact me at 814-337-6377 or grandmagjane@zoominternet.net or let the office know and I will contact you.
Thanks in advance for your consideration.

We have had a number of individuals stop into our church office in the past few months in need of basic food items. Many of them are seniors waiting to be added to our list for monthly senior food boxes and families with children in the household. Please help the CARE team re-stock the freezer so that we have items to offer those who stop in needing a meal or to deliver as a pick-me-up to members facing difficult times. Items can really be anything - as long as it freezes well- soups, muffins, cookies, casseroles. They also have limited space for canned goods or shelf stable foods - think fruit, vegetables, pasta, spaghetti sauce, or kid-friendly items like macaroni and cheese cups or spaghetti-o's.
