ALL-CHURCH RUMMAGE SALE

September 15^th and 16^th

It's time to clean out the closets, cupboards, and garage! The spring rummage sale was a huge success and we are trying to surpass those results this September. The rummage sale is both an outreach to the community and financial assistance to UMW mission projects. Plans are underway as follows:

Sunday, September 12, 6:00-8:00 P.M.

         (Youth help pull rummage from the balcony.)

Monday & Tuesday, Sept. 13 & 14, 9:30 A.M.

         (Set-up and sort items- We need your help!)

Wednesday, Sept.15, 9:30 AM- 6:00 P.M.

          RUMMAGE SALE

Thursday, September 16, 9:30 A.M. –12:00 Noon

          BARGAIN BAG DAY

Please note: Lunch will be served for all the workers on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday.

CHURCH-WIDE LUNCHEONS

WITH SPECIAL SPEAKERS

New 2010 calendars have been arriving in your mail and it's time to plan ahead. The United Methodist Women are coordinating five special luncheon meeting with speakers that you will not want to miss! Unless otherwise indicated below, meetings will begin at 11:15 with lunch following at noon. Mark your calendar today!

October 21: The Rev. Dick Sanford, retired minister and former district superintendent will be with us for this program.

November 18: A speaker from the Crawford County Women's Services will tell us about the available special services.

December 9: KING'S BIRTHDAY PARTY

2:00 P.M.

The UMW 2010 Program Booklets with more information and details will be available sometime in January and at the February meeting. (It is not too soon to be saving items for the Rummage Sales in April and September.)
